Russia is a Police Country, and All Russian Men Are Hunks

By Dmitriy Mihailin

“There are lots of cops in Russia,” my buddy from England remarked as he was entering my apartment. “I have not noticed this before, but today on the way to your place it struck me – just about every third guy is in uniform. Russia is rapidly turning into a Police country.”

“Well, you know, maybe you would feel better if I told you that on one side of my apartment building is the Police University, where people study to become policemen, and on the other side of the building is the Police Academy, where police officers study to advance to Colonels. Plus, there is Federal Criminal Expert Center in addition to all the regular police sites, like local police departments and such. Note, all of these people wear uniforms.

I will tell you more: if you looked closer, you would have realized that Russia has a disproportional number of all kinds of disabled people. Just because there is a famous Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics one city block over.”

Why did I think of this conversation? It has to do with sociological statistics – sampling and adequate interpretation of the results.

This one article tells about some Dutch women considering Russian men to be the least handsome of all in the whole world.

I have some sociology for you. I have never seen a single Dutch woman in my life. Based on this fact I conclude that Dutch women don’t exist. However, every day in my mirror I see a man, who is handsome beyond any doubt. Consequently, of the 100% of men in my mirror all 100% are hunks. Conclusion: all Russian men are hunks.

As far as Russian women go, we don’t need sociology to tell us that they are – and have always been – the most beautiful of all women!
